I received an MFA in Creative Writing and a BA in Medical Humanities from Brown... I spent two years in South Africa on a Fulbright Fellowship... I wrote short stories for Nike executives to help them determine the future of sport... I have taught at RISD, Brown, USC Keck School of Medicine, and elsewhere... I was a senior director of UX Research at the National Institutes of Health… I’m currently writing a book about young adult orphanhood... I could talk your ear off about cats.
